Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations and reschedulings within 2 hours of your appointment time will result in a charge of the full price of services booked.

No Call/No Show

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the full price of the service missed. We ask that you respect our time, as we greatly respect yours. Our clients make our schedule, so When they don’t show up, that time was held for that person and is now wasted.

Making Changes

You can make changes or reschedule anytime before the 2 hour window using the link in the confirmation email and/or text message. or you can call us (720-780-0044) to cancel or change your appointment.

Running Late

Arrivals 10 minutes past the beginning of an appointment will be considered a “no show” and charged accordingly. late arrivals may be given a shorter cut experience so we can see the next client on time. we will give you as much as we can in the time allotted.

Shop Changes

If your scheduled barber is ill or other circumstances beyond our control, you may be asked to move your appointment or see a different barber.

Text or Email?

if you did not get a confirmation email and/or text message, you did not complete the scheduling process and do not have an appointment or you entered your information incorrectly.


  1. You must wear a mask in the shop at all times.  If you are getting a beard service, we will double up and wear a mask and a shield during that portion of your service.
  2. You mask needs to loop around your ears, not your head or neck.  If you come in wearing a gator or something that doesn’t loop around your ears, we will provide you with a mask to wear.
  3. Sanitize your hands as you enter the shop.
  4. Please wait in the waiting area or outside the shop if chairs occupied.
  5. DO NOT come in for an appointment if you are not feeling well.  Please error on the side of caution, we will be here when you feel better.
