Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling within 2 hours of your appointment time will result in a charge of the full price of services booked.
No Call/No Show
You will be required to enter your payment information at the time of booking your appointment. If you do not show up, you will be charged. We ask that you respect our time as we greatly respect yours. Our clients make our schedule, so when customers do not show up, that time was held for the person is now wasted. We appreciate your understanding.
Making Changes
You can make changes or reschedule anytime before the 2 hour window using the link in the confirmation email and/or text message. or you can call us (720-780-0044) to cancel or change your appointment.
Running Late
Late arrivals may be given a shorter cut experience so we can see the next client on time. we will give you as much as we can in the time allotted.
When you proceed to book, you will have 2 options:
Reserve & Pay = You will enter your credit card information and pay for your full service up front and incur Squire’s processing fee. THIS IS NOT REQUIRED
Reserve = You will enter your credit card information which will only be used to hold your reservation or charge you if you are a no show. You will pay for your service when you arrive for your appointment.
