Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling within 2 hours of your appointment time will result in a charge of the full price of services booked.
No Call/No Show
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the full price of the service missed. We ask that you respect our time, as we greatly respect yours. Our clients make our schedule, so When they don’t show up, that time was held for that person and is now wasted.
Making Changes
You can make changes or reschedule anytime before the 2 hour window using the link in the confirmation email and/or text message. or you can call us (720-285-9561) to cancel or change your appointment.
Running Late
Arrivals 10 minutes past the beginning of an appointment will be considered a “no show” and charged accordingly. late arrivals may be given a shorter cut experience so we can see the next client on time. we will give you as much as we can in the time allotted.
